Middle men crooks like the PBM's are some of the biggest crooks in this seedy business. They are not being held accountable and are operating in near secrecy, competing with community pharmacies as they drive up the costs of drugs in the marketplace. We should write the Trump admin and urge them to get all these crooks behind bars.
