With UHC ending access to both drugs, will the company do the right thing and not goal us on UHC? Mike McCartney said they "may" take it out of our goals! May, do what's right and fair? Is this what Lundbeck has become? Goaling us on business we have NO ACCESS to whatsoever? Total BS! This is the caliber of our "leadership"!

At the meeting, all I heard were complaints about ASM's and ultra micromanagement, unrealistic interaction expectations on calls, and basically being of no real use and a general pain in the ass. Only one person I spoke with likes their ASM! This is not how it should be! Everyone said they dread like hell field rides. This company has some serious problems other than a poor pipeline. People are extremely unhappy with their immediate manager. The situation is only getting worse.

Just change your sales strategy. Problem solved. You’re welcome.

My guess is that they will leave all the UHC business in our quotas. Fair? Absolutely not! Time will tell.

There is no way that a real company would make sales people responsible for business they cannot access! If they leave it in, and I think they will, it's just another effort to reduce bonus payout.

the reality is they have never done the right thing with compensation on the neuro side and psych will get more of that sort of lip service by corporate spin masters in home office. "maybe" is just appeasement to shut you down. they will never commit to helping out those on the street. This company has no intention of paying you unless you put money in the cash drawer.

the good news is you will be in the bottom and they will still pay you 25% for the trimester until the loss of business catches up with you and in a year or 18 months, that loss of business will result in lower goals. some areas with heavy UHC coverage will die and the company will just watch the reps go through the company like a turnstile.

business is business, just look for new work, this company has little reason to stick around anymore

Yeah it would suck to have UHC in the goals but the bigger picture is the lost dollars from the block. Just more revenue lost which should cause the exodus to be quicker.

Well it's official , they will pull out the UHC business for Trintellix starting T1 because of the NDC block, BUT NOT FOR REULTI! Their twisted reasoning is because they have to fail ONLY 4 drugs, and THEN they can get Rexulti! This speaks volumes on this company's ethics! To knowingly include business in our quota they know we have no chance of getting, ever, is totally unethical! They can damn sure forget about me giving a 100% to this company ever again! From now on my job is to get the hell out!

They are not pulling UHC from the trin quota just a portion of the goal.

In my entire pharmaceutical career, I have never been tasked to obtain business when it was literally impossible to do so from a plan that has one of our products restricted as severely as Rexulti is on UHC. They know we can't access it, but they don't care. They know it will reduce our bonus payout, but they don't care. This really, really shows what they think of their sales force. Well, two can play that game, and I tell you the feelings of animosity towards management for this unfair treatment are as high as they can get.

The only thing that would make things better would be to cancel the damn meeting in Vegas in February!

No surprise really. You will see them include other plans where we have little to no access in the future. It's their way of saving money, then spending it on useless things like the Vegas meeting. This comes from Glover, JA, and PA. Talk about sending a message to the salesforce! We heard it loud and clear!

the CEO dictates from Denmark what the numbers we were going to hit.

Then the "yes men" in the USA just set goals to ensure they hit those numbers. If you don't make the numbers they want from your area, they aren't going to lose sleep because you are not helping the CEO make a lot of money and those who own stock in Denmark.

Be glad Kare is gone, that joker raised guidance on multiple times to jack the price up 3 fold during his time with a weak product line. Every time he raised guidance basically jacked up your bonus.

Don't worry when they don't pay you and don't hit their numbers they will use the UHC as the excuse to missing the mark. Doesn't really help your pocketbook but this is the game played here at Lundbeck.

Let's hope we get a more conservative CEO who isn't whoring the company in the USA to inflate his bottom line.

The above post says it all. Every single territory in the country should have UHC pulled out of their quota completely! This really shows you what they think of their sales team.
