Expansion in Immunology with these clowns again? Seriously? It is clear to everyone that this is an over-hire in order to lay-off from the full time ranks again. Why not just provide a good exit package to those you are targeting? You spend more planning these games and the customers get pissed. Or are you afraid that too many will take an exit package? I know I would. I will be working again before my crappy company car was cold.
