How is a Novo Obesity "Educator" (who is really a Rep) going to educate patients when Novo does NOT allow Reps to interact with patients??

Silly women with a 4 year or maybe even old school lpn associates degree trying to talk down about reps again. You’ve been brainwashed and are drinking the koolaid and now think you are really superior to reps and their access and skills talking to doctors? Laughable. There’s a reason pharma has done away with these programs because they don’t more. Novo is the exception because we have portion plates,.
Secret hasn’t gotten out yet, but the oe jobs are actually to educate the educators in diet and exercise. Hope they start soon.

It seems there's some confusion regarding the role of an Obesity Educator.

One OCS I spoke to said they didn't think the OE was going to educate patients. Another said they weren't sure if the OE was going to work with patients or not, but one thing they did say was "I don't want nor do I need another Rep competing with me for facetime with my targets."

So right now in my territory, it's kind of unclear as to exactly what the OE's role will be. However, there is one thing I do know. If the new OE reaches out to me looking for info/help with offices, they're on their own and will have to find it out for themselves. That's exactly what happened to me when I first started with Novo. Other Rep's were very helpful when I reached out to them provided there was something in it for them. If there wasn't, then I didn't get any help at all. So good luck Mr or Mrs OE. It's going to be fun to watch and see what happens.
