I'm hearing that Conned is looking to buy a company named Heartsync. I guess Curt is still trying to buy some sales revenue.

Heart sync? Claim to fame is the 60" lead for heart monitoring? Yeah, that will move the needle and strike fear in the competition. They're clearly given up on the arthroscopy sector. Thanks, NF and exec leadership.

So this is for the Cardiology division, obviously. How much sales revenue does Heartsync have?

$1.5 million. CH wants to pay $25 million and then fire a couple hundred Ortho people.

Funny, but sad because there is an element of truth to your statement.
Would Conned have to move any manufacturing from Heartsync or would they acquire a facility...like they did with Surgiquest (I assume).

AWESOME (Father and son) THE GUYS THAT HAVE THIS LINE ARE OUT OF MICHIGAN Pops was a ortho rep and son I think use to work at CONNED. Another commodity line sold by independents. Face the reality that you don't need sales reps since all decisions are at supply chain
