Managers never reaching out?

anyone know why some managers never reached out after the layoffs? One manager, who's a new LTC manager, didnt reach out to any of his team. I heard he even deleted reps off of linkedin. Why be so cowardly? Were they instructed to act this way by Avanir? It's not even cowardly but bizarre...

Because they are spineless pricks. Has nothing to do with HR telling them they can't call. They just lack human decency.
 
Wheat's funny, is my pos manager quit responding to my reaching out to them (via text/phone/email) a month before the layoffs (they stayed btw). A certain ASD has not kept his word in any way shape or form, regarding promises made to me during that period... The lack of leadership and professionalism is astounding.
