I wouldn't be too worried. The composite, flowable, bond, disposables, and cements I use are still cheaper from every major supplier I have a catalog for. It will take amazon a long time before they have the customer base to throw their weight around against places like patterson and schein.

As was mentioned above, it simply isn't happening yet. Their volume isn't high enough to negotiate the prices big suppliers are able to get, so their pricing isn't all that great as of yet.
