Team PC club wins

Is it just me, or did the people who won PC and other awards for institutional formulary wins were JUST DOING THEIR JOBS??? I mean, getting a formulary placement, getting a drug put on the discharge orders of a hospital patient, and pulling through the outpatient follow up seems what they get paid for on a daily basis. Or does this not happen in those places and so it looks like a big win?? I couldn't believe what they said was extraordinary when we do that every day in our region. And to pay for all of those people to go to PC trip just feels like they wanted to bring people who would never win on their own, because they didn't win when they stacked up to the rest of the region/nation.

Yes! Wish I was the luxurious HSBS so that I could get other people to do my job and win a trip!

please who cares about the trip, they hold a meeting while on the celebration and then write the whole trip off as business expense. they try to make feel special by saying come we will send you on this grand vacation with other company big wigs, who cares, i would rather celebrate with the people i love like my kids and family big trip doesnt really cost them anything in the long run

Sour grapes. Really is a great trip, no matter how you get there. I got there on the coattails of previous reps. Didn’t make it any less great.
