Most are hitting close to goal or above goal. They pay out at 80% like any other pharma company. High commissions are being paid to top performers. Total Comp can be between 120-160 annually plus a fusion or escape, all gas parking and insurance. Lots of vacation time as well as annual raises.
Ok let's be objective Cars package is good. Health benefits are good 401(k) is okay Stock options are useless with the stock this low Bonus, yes you can get paid at 80% but like the previous poster said, the vast majority are not hitting that.
Got a call from a recruiter about a TM in Austin. Can anyone tell me why the last rep left and how many reps that territory has been through?
The TM was not meeting their goals. This was the second TM from what I understand. My friend is the other TM in Austin for another drug.
That territory can have Ghandi as a manager but won’t mean anything if it’s a territory with unfeasible expectations.
