Anyone familiar withe Baylis Medical? I was contacted regarding a Cardiology Sales Associate role, and was wondering what base salary is and how much their reps earn a year with commission. I've been trying to ask around and research what it is like to work for this company but there is very little info out there. Glass door doesn't even have salaries reported. Reviews state pay is low but no numbers given. Do hospitals and doctors actually use their products/how do they stack up against competition? Any insight about the role and company would be a huge help. Thank you.
The pay is around 100K starting and the products are very competitive. It's relatively easy to sell them.
Baylis sales pay is OK. Clinical roles - not really. Will never be good and current upper management looks for ways to keep it down with 40%+ growth quotas year over year in order to just hit the minimum "at plan". The US National Sales Manager has no business in management of any kind. This person has covered up sexual harassment - the rep left. Covered up physical assault and then fired the person who was assaulted!! This person forced the team to do shots followed by burpees at the national sales meeting. Anyone who even looks her way funny or dares to ask a question gets run out. Long list of bodies!! Those above (VP & HR) ignore all of it because in spite of it all - the company's profit is growing because of great people in the field...that will not stay long. Don't say you were not warned!
