Did anyone else just receive word from their RFC that they were getting a $2000 raise due to PDI doing a “market analysis”and determining that they needed a salary adjustment? Just wondering if this is going to be similar to what happened last year and now I won’t get an annual raise later this year????
Some people started on the contract at a lower base pay than others. I heard the co is wanting to get everyone to a similar salary. You will be eligible for an annual raise is what I was told. Why didn't you ask this when you were notified of the raise?
I want pdi to give me a raise. I would like a raise before contract notification. Yes. A raise is more important than a J O B. Messed up.
