Give us some background on your current role. I can’t advise you without knowing where you currently are in terms of comp, years of experience, and expertise. The role is a step up from a lot of other areas in Device but a considerable step down from many other areas.

Coming from a disposables position with some light capital. Been in medical device for 4 years selling into uro/gyn wih comp at $160k at plan. It seems like the TM job is capital sales. I know a lot of people are excited for flex. Interested to know comp and performance of the technology.
