This dummy actually crafted a letter that stated to a customer that BIOTRONIK was layering back their service provisions without his superiors knowledge. Now the letter went viral and competitors are hammering the lack of service from BTK. What a cluster, this guy has no freaking clue. SF is laughing somewhere out there!!!!!

Mr. BS refused to take call stating that he is a TM. He is really lazy and pissed everyone on the team. The entire Boston region just had two people left. They are building a new team now. BS is still there. We'll see a repeat exodus soon enough

BS is not the problem, just a product of the disorder and lack of responsible leadership and sales growth projections by MJ. Should he take call? Maybe, but would it really fix the problems? No way!

She over promised and now the entire organization is constricting and many are fleeing as they should.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.... Wait, they will continue even after that.

Based on talking to the people who left, BS was definitely a major problem. Poor work ethic and entitled. He created a bad work environment

Biotronik should definitely start doing exit interviews. This way they will at least know the root cause why people are leaving and why no one wants to come work for Biotronik

You're not wrong but BTK is not run like an actual company. That are not run by people that give a shit.

Who cares? That’s the least of our problems. My manager just left and he was leaving a 3M dollar Territory at Bio. Left for a 200K job... Tells you something
