Think alignment of technologies, ethical leadership from the top and fair and compassionate treatment of employees and customers. Leadership focused solely on gain and profit at the expense of fair and balanced treatment of employees, will always fail. People are more important than your product. Treat them like worker bees and you soon see your best resource leave in droves.
