It was pretty funny that the only thing Brent is responsible for was the one thing everyone feels shitty about. He said he felt it was his fault that we are not excited about the future of Allergan, no fucking shit! Still really hard to accept that this guy is still here making untold millions while he loses billions and reps making $75k a year are being put on PIPS for not sending in a spreadsheet that no one will ever open.
They took literally zero responsibility take and I didn't hear about any resolutions to the complaints. All I heard is how they'll be forming more corporate committees to talk about the problems but actually do nothing. Here's what people want in a nutshell: 1.the stock price to go up 2. Analytics need to get their shit together (I could write a book on this) 3.Dont treat the sales force like two year olds. 4.Managers and upper management need to start taking responsibility.
I'll be gone before they can get their shit together. No little manager fuck is going to continue to piss my doctors off standing there with arms folded and taking notes instead of being cool and joining in on conversation. Idiot. This company is fucked up.
