ive never worked for syneos/inventiv. i have worked for quintiles. so i am familiar with cso's.

i got layed off from quintiles, and never got a call or or an interview for other quintiles jobs i applied for.

so my question: is syneos different? do former employees get any consideration after a layoff?

I suspect it will be similiar... if inVentiv gets a major contract and needs 500 reps tomorrow you'll get a call..if no contracts to ramp up then it will be very hit or miss..keep networking and good luck.

its not sales anymore. best thing to do is move on if you were let go. take all the unemployment, relax. then look for a real sales job.

medical industry is too corporate to be considered a true sales job.

    good luck.

thanks, ive actually got an offer outside of sales and i was just trying ti get info on inventiv to see if it would be worth it. i was laid off from quintiles last year, ive been working a shitty home health sales job since. ive been trying to get back into pharma and ive got an offer from syneos. ive got an offer from another company not in pharma, and im just trying to get my ducks in a row before i make a decision.
