Any chance the reorganization will include removing or replacing some of the dead weight disguised as DBMs in Derm? Honestly where did they get some of these people?!

If your manager does not like you, you'd think they would allow you to interview and allow you to move on. Why would a manager tell another hiring manager to not hire you? I'm not worth keeping, so ruin my chances to leave? Mind boggling. If you don't want me, let me go, idiot.

Have other reps already left in your district? Could be it would look bad on the Mgr if everyone wants out

Iirc, a Florida DBM is best buddies with his boss or someone even higher. That's how he got the job. He was fired as an RM at his last job. That usually black balls you but not when you're connected. Is he really that bad?
