Solid at what, a$$ kissing. Without Wilson he would never had made it past a year. Worst leader ever!

heard there might be mass departures secondary to comp plans that were recalibrated to benefit the org (despite massive revenue gains for being the last mesh company standing). True?

They significantly reduced commission while significantly raising quotas with three quarters of sales in the books. Why? So execs would blow out sales and reduce expenses for their bonuses.

The sales team put a division of Bard and AMS out of business by converting their doctors. As sales went through roof from years of hard work, the company slammed the brakes on commission. With 5 or so execs at the top, they all own this, as any one of them could have put up an effort to do the right thing. Instead they started a blame game soap opera pointing fingers at each other. I'm sure they feared for being the next head on the chopping block for putting up a fight as well due to the wonderful cultural norm of public execution.

Worst ethics and morals I've ever seen in business. If you ever were looking for the evidence that defines a company, this is it. Combine this with the revolving door of key employees that were asked to leave in past few years as well. If they did this once, of course they'll do it again, and more...

Must be joking about putting AMS and Bard out of business, right?

    That's a funny joke!

Einstein, facebook is not a news source, try reading the Journal or just paying attention to your industry- AMS women's health is out of business since April, the market leader, with $100M in sales and Bard women's did the same also with significant sales.

Not sure why you would say that, he steered the ship thru lots of leadership changes and fought for all of us who were in the field on many issues.....he sold himself. You probably couldn't cut it!
