Does the culture of all divisions of Integra suck or just Neuro? It is unbelievable to me how they think this culture is sustainable. They will lose good reps and unable to bring in equal or better replacements. Micromanaging reps like they are pharma or entry level is a joke. Neuro pays well but not unlike any other good job with Stryker, Abbott, J&J, etc...These egomaniacs running the show wouldn't be able to get a job elsewhere so they better make the most of this one. Me, on the other hand, I'm too good for this place. Peace, im out...

Same culture over in OTT. And with this culture that is has now been in place for 1.5 years, thanks to the great leadership of one Robert Davis, OTT squeaked out 3% growth in Q2 and hearing Q3 not looking good. 3% growth with 2 major deals behind him. Where is the pull through? Where is the growth? Monkey leadership could do 3% but hey Mr. Davis is our leader and he is surrounded by his people. Let's hope for a hurricane in September as another excuse Bob to explain more misses.

Sounds like Neuro..."let's pay $1B for Codman, throw their market leading products in the trash, and make their reps sell CUSA, CUSA, CUSA, DuraSeal, CUSA, CUSA, DuraGen, CUSA, CUSA". SMFH. This place is unreal.

Is it really that bad for Codman? Integra going to kill the business with incompetence?

Listen, I get Integra has its issues. But let’s be honest.. there are always people that are sour post integration. And people that could do things “so much better.”
I’d be the first to say Integra does a poor job from a culture standpoint. But they are snatching up contracts on the neuro side like ifs going out of style. So say what you will. But on paper it looks decent

It really is that bad. I would estimate that somewhere around 70% of the field is actively looking to leave. In my region, only one person isn’t. It’s not because the pay is bad, it’s not because the bag is bad. It’s the culture, and it starts at the top with TM. Threats and intimidation do not motivate people to do anything accept look at other opportunities. The HR meetings were a waste of time. None of the feedback given will be acted on and it will be business as usual at Integra. Ask anyone who has worked here in the past and they will tell you nothing has changed and nothing ever will. Not with the “leadership” that is in place now.

I completely agree that there will be people who are butt hurt after acquisitions but this place goes beyond that. It is a great bag and pay is good but the culture sucks so bad that people, including myself, have no problem walking away from it. I'll take a lateral move or slight pay cut to have a better environment. I was very optimistic about the acquisition but these losers ruined that.
