That pretty much sums up the entire organization. Leadership is inept, A&C Marketing is a joke- the girl running it is over her head, and there is no reason to assume Galderma doesn’t get sold off.

I hope it does! A real drug company could run it!
 

The fact is Galderma has great products but hands down the weakest leadership industry wide. As for device or Aesthetic Sales its NOT even close. Its almost impossible to name ONE Leader RD and VP that sold a Toxin or an HA in ANY Country. Really? Name a company that has this losing structrure... at the very least we should hire VPs, Marketing Execs, Regional RDs, etc with real experience. Very sad because from what I heard there were some great Leaders, Mgrs, and tenured reps (with amazing aesthetic experience) forced to leave because the Leaders were scared and jealous of them winning and having more experience than them. Nestle spent way too much and will have a very tough time selling off any division of Galderma - but here's to the sucker that buys us! God knows the inexperienced kiss asses at the top are ready and puckered up! That they have experience in!!!

Long time coming. Writing has been on the wall for years! Unfortunately the victims here are the reps. The leaders at the top had no business leading (both A&C and Rx). Basically our leaders kissed A$$ to get ahead and would only promote men (very few women) who played the game. If any manager or leader did not play the game, or would fight for their people, they were either forced out or their lives were made to be miserable. God forbid weak, kiss A$$ leaders look bad! Terrible culture!

NSH leaders have no vision, critical thinking skills, are afraid to speak up and rock the boat. Take a look in the mirror boys...you have no one to blame but yourselves. Good luck trying to land another leadership role. We see through your bullshit and everyone else will too......I am starting to look for a job and hope the rest of my fellow reps do the same. Nestle has not been loyal to us and we should no longer be loyal to them!

You wont find out till the day they do it, until then everything is sunshine and rainbows. They like to lay people off closer to Christmas so everyone is probably safe for a couple more months
