D7 and D8 salary band ranges?

    How does it work at BMS. What is the base salary range for a D7 and a D8? Are D8 and up for those with direct reports? Thanks!

    Depends on location and remember that it is a band so D7 and D8 have overlap. I know a friend who was D7 and was paid 125-135k

    Depends on location and department. I'm a D6 and north of 135, however D7/D8 are subject to receiving equity grants whereas only an exceptional D6 would be eligible.
