otezla is approved for psoriatic arthritis which is rheumatology. It’s also approved for plaque psoriasis and that is dermatology. Dermatologist or incredibly nice and love Otezla...... rheumatologist are the opposite
Thanks. Do you know salary range for Rheumatology? 15 years specialty experience. Also, car options? Thank you.
The formula at I&I is: low salaries great bonus great equity awards That worked in the past, but with the equity all but worthless and the bonus severely cut, people are starting to notice just how low the salaries are. Nonetheless, the culture is incredible. It's rep based and we don't spend any wasted time with marketing or other home office leeches.
They give you a 10k bump from your last job and a signing bonus. That can range from 75-130... I know reps currently at both ends. Company care ranges from impala/fusion to traverse/ explorer depending on where you live and if they want to upgrade you
my entire team drives the Ford Edge fully loaded. Very nice for a rep car! Company is AMAZING very low stress and hands off. No conf calls, one meeting a year, for one day. It’s a dream
As a stock holder, your easy street description is very concerning. Doesn’t sound like much work is being done.
As a stock holder, you sound like a dumb ass who doesn't know business. People who brag about how much they work are always less productive than people who go hustle and win and don't talk about it. Since you don't seem to understand, I'll try to use small words and little punctuation: the drug business is won by having sales people, not marketing tactics, repeatedly call on physicians - over and over and over - and create a reason for the product to be used. the only thing that kills that is anything that takes people away from that task. period. if marketing, operations, legal and executive leadership could find a more effective means, they would because people are expensive and they have legacy costs. they have been trying since at least 1970, but they can't find it. you know why? - because nothing beats having a person get eyeball to eyeball with a provider and giving them the rationale for the right patient. nothing. every single time they offer me a new contest, guess what? calls ramp up. effort ramps up. I go out earlier. I stay out later. I see more docs. I create more calls. I sell more. now, run along and go work your teleconferences, marketing meetings, pocket meetings, super chargers, team building events, synergy session, webcast, web conferences, market access meetings, field input team meetings, career ladder meetings, fleet safety meetings, stakeholder meetings, and everything else in the world that BIG PHARMA idiots like to do but know this - they kill my time in the field. One day, this gig is going to end and we are going to go the big pharma route. My DM keeps telling me as long as a certain guy is here, he will protect the sales forces ability to go see doctors. as soon as he is gone, we are going big pharma and guys like you will be happy. I will be gone with my DM to a new gig.
Laughable! Another self absorbed know it all sales representative who thinks they make the difference. You are delusional and need to accept you’re milking the system. Face that fact and be ashamed!
I just wish I competed with you tool bag. Guess what - it's about 65 degrees right now and all California Sunshine as far as I can see. I just made the turn at 2 under. https://qz.com/work/1486863/boasting-about-how-many-hours-you-work-is-a-sign-of-failure/
Yes, when this gig ends, you'll be running off with Jonathan and Ron, striking each other in the sunset. Get over yourself. You sanctimonious rhetoric is predictable and boring..
That would be stroking... and your.. just wanted to be proactive and correct my own grammatical errors... wink wink...
Someone on this whole site finally posts something positive and say they are happy and you have to bash them?! Unbelievable
Are you serious? Maybe you need to review what the shareholder was concerned about reading on this post: my entire team drives the Ford Edge fully loaded. Very nice for a rep car! Company is AMAZING very low stress and hands off. No conf calls, one meeting a year, for one day. It’s a dream
any intelligent shareholder would be tickled to death knowing that the rep's time wasn't taken up with HR meetings, useless marketing meetings and other time wasters and was spending time over, and over again every day making calls on docs piss off
I work in the division. Look around. We have nothing to sell with. Nothing. You know why we sell so much? Because we spend all day calling on doctors and nurses. Right now, I am waiting to enter a lunch. I've already made 6 calls this morning. 4 were service calls. 2 were great, selling calls. I'll see 3 more at lunch. Guess what, this afternoon, I will make around 4-5 more calls all because I don't have to waste my time on non selling stuff like I used to do when I sold a TNF before I came here. Those that don't get this will never get it.
Actually Otezla is doing well has very little to do with eyeball with Dr.'s and making more calls. Its a pill in a market that is dominated by injectables and has low side effects compared to the competition. 50% of the time patients get significant relief. Dr.'s see this and are willing to try it first. i guess upon initial launch your "more calls" may have had an effect but that time period is long gone. Now you should just be showing up- albeit regularly like 1-2x a month- and maintaining what you got. The culture is easy here and I love it but don't act like we are killing it because we make more calls. We are killing it because we have a great product in a tough market.
