Anybody hear about this last minute managers meeting in Baltimore this week? Anybody know what’s going on? Rumors? Facts?

This isn’t going well. We are getting no support. The goals are so unattainable nobody will bonus. They aren’t based on coverage, Medicaid populations etc.. completely out of the reps control but being held accountable. It had such promise. HO doesn’t care offers no support and has turned a blind eye to the lack of incentive or support necessary to get this off the ground.

Then it’s time to get another job. Too bad it’s challenging when Lupin is in your resume.

Something big is going on at Lupin. Everything is hush hush and managers will not even address our concerns. Now the POA has been canceled with no future date or explanation . I am guessing that the re organization of pharma and WHC is happening a lot sooner the we thought

You are an awesome prognosticator. Why do co companies get off on laying off people the week before xmas. It's like clockwork. This place was a joke from the time I started and went downhill from there. Thanks for the worst experience of my professional life.

Can't say I'm surprised by the "miscommunication" regarding our severance. Classic Lupin.

So did lupin let reps go onthe WHC side? What is the latest?

Nope. WHC is safe for now. Unfortunately, WHC is not going to be anywhere near their goal for the year. This drug can not support the personnel and will be unceremoniously discarded like the pharma team by mid year. Happy New Year!

What pisses me off is that it looks like some of the Pharma reps knew and didn't say a word to the rest of us. The asshole in Cleveland leaves two weeks before the layoff after 7 years of chumming it up with Hassel and the ops team at every meeting, he was practically BM's pet monkey. How many of us actually believe he wasn't warned about this? He should have told someone instead of jumping ship because "It was time for a change" and leaving the rest of us to rot. There's no loyalty among reps here... I hope he falls flat on his ass at his new company.

While I agree that he probably was told to jump ship, Let's be honest with ourselves. We were selling two products older than dirt with huge pull through issues and a me too launch product with no support and destined to die on the vine. This was a temporary gig at best.
