Comp plan

    I'm curious what Hill-Rom reps think of the comp plan that was released to the field yesterday.

    Another exercise in screw the rep. They want reps making 140 a year, that's it. If you are happy with that then great, go sell something. If you are waiting for the glory days to return, you probably need to face the fact that those days are gone in this space.

    Saw a posting for a position for Therapy Account Manager in my area. Any honest feedback on this position would be greatly appreciated as not sure whether to pursue. Heard comp is about 140k with company car and not too much micro management. Thank You for any honest feedback on this position.

    The HR comp plan is heavily weighed on the back end -- thus you don't make much until later in the year.
