An audit should be done on her leadership team including the hiring of Jojo, multiple promotions of Nikki, and numerous hires of friends from previous companies!

Diane has been asked to leave. She will be out by EOY. Hopefully Stenhouse will clean up the crony culture she has built.

Well for anyone that wanted Diane gone, careful what you wish for, her replacement has completely changed the culture. It's no longer a fun place to work. It's now a dictatorship, intimidation tactics, includuing massive micromanagement. This comes from people that are very insecure in their role, they become control freaks. Now, few seem to be happy to be here, how sad. Diane had a much better vibe, now it's like a death, our culture died....will get much worse too. They have a system that rewards the wrong people, and pushes out top reps because they were set up to fail in non viable territories. What a waste, companies act like great reps are a dime a dozen. Think again......

Don’t let the screen door hit ya......! You losers still don’t get it. We can replace you in a minute and save money in the process. Do us both a favor and leave!

Diane was/is a micromanager. She promoted her "friends" to build her allegiances and to pave a way to get things done the way she deemed but not necessarily because it was the right thing to do for the business. She was inept, over her head, and was never a good fit. She lacked (lacks) vision and the ability to lead. She is gone, good riddance. That said, the organization is now so heavy with VPs and President titles that the entire company will likely stagnate even more due to the sheer volume of people (titles) that need to sign off on a decision to do anything. Forget the "reps are a dime a dozen" mentality. Instead, look around, there are at least a dozen people with the title of VP or President at this place! Reps are an afterthought. But sell, sell, sell. You need to make the numbers to pay the salaries of all of these people who now occupy the halls and conference rooms at Exact.
