I think it is because Jim Robinson and all his Astellas raiders came in here and did things that most people who have been here for a while realize were the worst thing they could do for this company. So, they are fearful for the long term and short term success of the company. That makes people quit or want to quit. Then new KAM empire has started to form and can you believe the leaders and all the headcount that is being added? Are they needed and are that many needed? You all know the answer.

Wasteful use of resources that have our reps and us field managers spending more time doing field collaboration than selling. Sad what this company has become. We used to be lean and hungry. Now we are bloated, redundant and activity based. Maybe that's why so many are quitting.

I be gonna do a lot less talkin bout aristada startin about now and most of my talkin about vivtrol aint gonna be doin much to get no scripts fer it. Our managers who be coming up with these dang near dum ideas makin us look like a buncha hillbilly fools fer a company. OP may have a poorly written post but the information in it is 100% dead on true. The Aristada reps I've talked to are all wondering what really is their main focus. They are being told two different things and being pulled in two different directions. They will be doing A LOT of work chasing down Vivitrol Rx's and helping offices learn coverage, SP routing and a ton of other things once they start promoting. I don't think management really thought this out. I already have them calling me asking about the "overlap" offices that I have made some calls on. This will really hurt Aristada sales. You just wait and watch. What was our company thinking?!!

Pinheads, moving forward you will not do “a lot of work chasing down ViV RX’s”. You are a SALES rep. Your job is to SELL the drug with a clinical message to an actual prescriber. If you don’t like that idea you will be forced out. Mark my words.

YOU are an idiot! selling viv is much different than selling ari and an ari reps selling viv has very little upside and a HUGE downside in that it will really reduce the amount of time I spend selling ari (it already has!).
