    Please remember Tom's words at the recent meeting, Opko Renal is about "Belief, Commit, and Trust".

    Be honest in your survey and you will serve Tom well. :p:eek:

    I BELIEVE that if the RSSs commit to telling the TRUTH on the surveys, the company will TRUST the results and do something about it.

    They wont do squat. They will label you a disgruntle employee and continue to screw us on every front.

    I BELIEVE that the "winds of change" are upon us. SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A POSITIVE CHANGE.

    I hope they are and I hope it begins in Miami. But I don’t have faith that will happen. More lip service and more bullying.

    Bummer that there isn't any Trust because they would have believed the Truth of what the survey results were and Commit themselves to cleaning it up.

    The part about being labeled is true and could get you PIPped out of Opko. Warned by a manager who quit mid 2018 to be careful what you complain about and question, especially if it’s valid. Watched at least a couple reps get targeted who were very savvy and good at what they did only after KM came on board. They will not change anything from survey except maybe something very superficial. They just really don’t care.

    Always provide honest professional feedback. They would not give a survey if they didn’t care!

    Frost doesn’t care. What anyone else thinks is irrelevant. Remember, this is the guy who throws a tantrum about call reports. As if they really mean anything. He’s a miserable old wealthy man.

    Yeah right......they only want yes men and providing a survey doesn’t mean they care. If history repeats itself its clear they will never care.

    The survey and the recent resignations exit interviews. Very powerful. I called an X legacy rep and thanked them.

    It took 4 months but it finally happened!! Thank God.
