Do you have an HSA? 3. 401K match, how much, and how long to be vested? 4. Vacation? How much? 5. Life Insurance? 6. Do they pay for phone/internet? If so, how much? 7. Are there any contracts that have a company vehicle? 8. Any other benefits?
