Company is a Joke!

    All I know that if you think the company is going to grow with No leadership, you are mistaken. The let go all the sales Directors and the GM. You kept some managers that should have never been a manager. You, have Reps that should work for Chick fil a or the SPCA. Some that should just retire and the others should get drug tested immediately. I agree with a earlier post, wtf Mission!

    If you are young and have done well and can show it, GeT out! Do not stay any longer. Your loyalty doesn’t mean anything to anyone but yourself. Good luck to those who are still here and please please take my advice, start looking for another job. My girls deserve better.

    How many more weeks or months until Mission folds or gets rid of the entire sales force? I feel sorry for the those that still work at that disaster but I'd be pressed to find a rep. or remaining manager that isn't seeking a new opportunity elsewhere from what I'm hearing.

    Look it’s pretty simple.

    Shitty products with zero coverage and even worse copay programs that don’t work or are a pain in the ass for providers to use.

    They should have fired the woman’s health and primary care teams years ago, urology and derm had potential, not anymore. They brought in the worst possible person to try and run a shitty cosmetic line and didn’t even penalize reps for almost two years for not selling a dime.

    Not one single meeting for over two years, no national calls, zero communication. Insane goals because they can’t afford to pay anyone out then they cut the bonus payout. Then do a lay-off, which would have been a lot bigger I’m sure if half the company didn’t already quit.

    The point I’m getting at is this is a trend that’s going to keep getting worse until this company folds. If it was public I’m sure it would have years ago. If you are still with this company you’re probably either lazy, complacent or extremely dumb. You can either be proactive and look for a job or get fired in a couple months and get a months severance.

    Michael Troutman is not a "micro manager" . He's far from it. Everyone on his team loves the guy. Honestly it's sad that its gotten to this point. It comes down to this, if you don't like the company or feel it's going down in flames, then apply elsewhere. Otherwise try and do the best you can while you're applying elsewhere. Or you can do the best you can regardless of the what's going on around you. To throw people under the bus doesn't help the situation and it's bad karma.

    Mission is not paying there employees now, secret IC Plans, and more shady corporate employees(the 3stooges).
    What a shitty company, they don’t deserve the sales force that they have. Mission will be done soon

    Let’s talk about how they want to cut cost but they have Kids of VPs that actually do not work! They are stealing from the family. The have allowed HR to ruin this company. They are bullies an know nothing about the sales force.

    How are they allowing reps communicate with the owners? feed them what they want and then decisions are made based off that.

    No one is ever working at home office.
