Agree with everything you said minus the great experience lol...the pay is not worth the years this place takes off your life. Call it culture its a bunch of crap regardless of how they try to spin it.... once you get to a point where you can release the golden handcuffs your life will be so much better...and you have a better chance of living past 50.
 
The $8500 bump in salary isn’t worth it. The only bright side because i always choose to pull something positive out is the experience. My former company laid everyone off so I got A little desperate. After my new hire bonus period is over, adios! No regrets! Wish management would just ask people why they leave and save a little money rehiring every 12-18months. Such a wierd place and I came from Big Pharma too.
 
Management is the problem, lack of launch experience and promises that never materialize. The sad part is in certain geographies there are limited opportunities - so I encourage everyone to network and keep looking this company is due for a major restructuring.
