what the heck with RG and Galaxe? I thought those useless minions and their ridiculous bollywood ’manager, sandindonpan were out for good when its golf buddy Stu was gone! Seems they’re out for vengeance and back thanks to RG and some kind of brotherhood.

Wasn’t the damage they did enough yet?

So, my question is: what do you think one should do and why indeed open a case with the Credo hotline for possible bribery?

Yes definitely make your concerns known to the credo hotline. The same can be said for CD, he continues to try and create “innovative” ways to route work to Galaxe at the expense of our employees.

I would encourage everyone with this concern to get their input to the credo website regarding RG and CD. What has been going on with that galaxe relationship is very suspect. Why would two VPs insist on continuing to send work to a vendor who has repeatedly fallen short on global delivery and at the same time increasing rates & charges to J&J? The Galaxe rates are not competitive and the quality of their associates & product are sub-standard but they continue to increase their service billings to J&J and I believe they are one of the top vendors. There is something wrong with this picture and with our credo & checks/balances, it is really scary that this has been allowed to continue.

Reggie and It is unbelievable that He and Carl have been able to convince Rowena and investigators that eliminating J&J employees and routing compliance work to this vendor is in the best interest of all of us. This story has been manipulated and the truth continues to be twisted. Who is watching our credo principles?

After the SQA RFP was completed and services would be transitioned to another vendor, they managed to enforce all GxP applications should be managed by TQ/Galaxe avoiding the TS RFP decision.
Pretty dirt move to keep Galaxe business.

I can’t understand how this company allow this to happen.

this is so blatant - how can they get away with it? I assume they are calling it “some other work” and not SQA to avoid the RFP guidance.

The same can be said of CLP, while they were awarded the RFP for BA work, there were other vendors who were just as qualified also awarded the RFP who offered more competitive hourly rates. Carl continues to insist on CLP as the sole source vendor for BA skills.

Can someone please investigate these relations with these vendors and J&J leadership? We are all watching this and cannot believe legal and procurement have not interceded.

We are all terrified of retaliation. It has happened before to the folks who had reported some of the DZ vendor issues. Keeping our jobs takes priority over doing the right thing. Yes it is very sad
