Retaliation ???

What is considered retaliation? I have spoken to HR on 2 occasions about my managers practices. The 2 discussions were initiated by HR. I was told both times that the discussion would be confidential. After the 2nd conversation the manager and their boss came after me. They wanted to get me for things like being late, turning things in late, etc. I can prove that they came after me. What are my options?
 




unfortunately, in this industry everything short of fraud is fair game. Don’t argue with idiots. Plan to quit or let them fire you. Move on.
Tell your territory you are leaving in advance. They are the most important part of this.

unless you can’t afford to wait for whistleblower or retaliation cases to be processed in which case you settle for separation money which is what they know most employees will do...the layers of illegal activities at Avanir are so thick it will take years to find the truth at which point HR, Legal, Compliance and Finance will have destroyed all evidence.
