What is considered retaliation? I have spoken to HR on 2 occasions about my managers practices. The 2 discussions were initiated by HR. I was told both times that the discussion would be confidential. After the 2nd conversation the manager and their boss came after me. They wanted to get me for things like being late, turning things in late, etc. I can prove that they came after me. What are my options?
