No different to everywhere else in the J&J world. I’ve worked in Pharma and devices, HR play their little games and don’t understands relationships are still what matters most, they talk about the Credo for customers and employees but they actions show they don’t care about either, their own power and testing out HR theory from some liberal college is all that matters. How is it HR doesn’t have an annual reorg? Why can’t we fund sales heads but can have diversity heads? Talent strategy is just another way of making sure commercial teams don’t get powerful, HR want to make every future leader owe them for their next promotion it’s not about what they achieve on their own effort. hostages to the HR career myth moved around so they don’t get confident and fight back.

You couldn’t pay me enough to milk a Depuys but from what I hear they like to take care of themselves anyway
