it’s amazing how many clueless managers are posting on LinkedIn about how Stryker is such a great Orthopedic company, and what an opportunity this is. Ha! You morons in management will be gone within 6 months of the deal closing. If you believe you will be retained you are delusional. Remember, you couldn’t pass the Gallup back when you were interviewing with Stryker and that’s why you took the Wright position.

Look no further than Mako. How many Mako people are actually left? There are already Stryker people lining up those Wright management positions, they will be filled before integration even begins. Start looking now folks.

All Wright employees will be lucky to make it to 2020 . There is a reason you worked for Wright and Not Stryker in the first place. Only some really good shoulder reps will be safe .

Great point. Plus, look a little further into the Wright/Tornier integration. Wright was the Alpha in that transaction and how many legacy Tornier people are left? Even though the two companies were left mostly separate, most Tornier managers, and all Tornier brass are now gone.

The Tornier people left because they didn't want to be associated with the Wright Medical idiots. The ones that stayed couldn't find employment anywhere else.

So true on those left behind....a reason upper management didn't take them when they left....

Really? Let’s take a look at that statement. Since the merger, Tornier has become the number one shoulder company (period). The folks that did leave are the same ones that troll us at every meeting and foam with jealousy that they are doing uninteresting jobs, at uninteresting companies. Lastly, the upcoming Stryker deal will create an ortho powerhouse. Personally, good riddance to the quitters and many thanks to those with the fortitude to stay and make history.

You don’t really believe this Vince do you? The only history you made is the number of companies you interviewed with and never hired you.

Again, another troller that can only smear and add productive comments. Vince has led us to this market share spot and am damn glad to work for him.

You must be that big lazy fella that he is always watching.

What does this mean? The troll is productive? You can now see why these morons couldn’t find other employment.

    Um, no.
He'd have to be at work regularly or on the floor doing his job to be always watching someone.

It's still in awe and wonderment that when Wright/Tornier insiders respond to these threads. Their very defense shows everyone who they are and where they stand. People leave bad management, not bad companies. That's why people left.

FACT: Tornier was #1 before the merger. So the monkeys in charge (TR & crew) rode the wave of success and a culture and principles which no longer exists.
Wright also spends 80¢ of every dollar on the marketing and associated to be #1.
