S is the leader. Not much AH could do. Turnover is extremely high and no one is making EG bonus and SP bonus is hard to come by for the majority of sales force. The European bonus structure is not motivating.
Yes, the Euro Socialism model doesn't work for us. No wonder so many reps are leaving. Both Houston territories are vacant and heard someone in the Midwest just left.
