Salary adjustments

  1. Does anyone know if the company will adjust NS1 and WH salary to reflect what their paying NS2’s? Or do more of us need to leave....

    You should demand a salary equalization to at least $80k/yr. They try to get away with paying people with the same level of experience (in my case, 4-5 years in the industry) as little as possible, in the hope that they won't discuss with teammates. I was at $80k and they were paying a teammate with the same industry experience and a Pinnacle win about $10k less.

    I heard they were going to adjust peoples pay, but what "they" say and what they do aren't the same things. I.E do we ever hear about contest results. TD loves contest but never do we hear who won them. What reps won the September contest? Or the December contest? TD is nothing but a bullshit talker.

    More like POA 1.0 worst display of bs ever. No mention of salary, contests who
    won what. They can’t even hide it anymore they are so selling if they can.
    The effort on this meeting was sub par and it showed what you think of the sales reps..,nothing

    Trying to sell RVL to other company to make the big bucks, WH losing momentum quickly as generics hit market.
    No one has a clear answer to
    anything in the future. We have 2 more reps leaving this month.

    I tune out when she rants. So many mistakes and blunders with AccessAssmolex. Love how she deflects crap to the field. We work hard to get enrollments and then your mess hwppens. But...then place us, right KP? We all gave ur # in the field....and no

    More people will be leaving. Much more! Sales leadership is completely unnspiring and dull and we honestly do not understand the mission of this company. There is no culture in the sales group and we are constantly blamed for everything!!!! Before I leave I think that headquarters needs to look at who put together strategy for white and hold those people accountable. It is all we talk about in the field. You are not helping us and you are certainly not listening to us.

    Avoid those idiots. There are a lot of people here at this company that care and support us. We all know who the phonies are. There have been a lot of positive changes at this place and I'm here to stay. I do agree that there are people in positions that are absolutely clueless and unskilled.

    There will be no salary adjustments. Be happy you work at such a great company. Get to work and follow the POA.

    Spoken like one of the phony DM's who drank the kool-aid and stands up at POA's and says things like "you guys have the potential to make some serious money blah blah blah." You're here to stay until they fold. Osmodex technology might be "novel" but the old molecules they're trying to foist off on patients certainly aren't.

    Been here awhile and I can tell you that sales leadership is getting better. At least they care and respect us. They genuinely want us to do better. Some of you may have terrible district managers but don't speak for all of them. And certainly do not speak for Tom and AL. Rock on!

    Was that a POA no it was a POS meeting you losers. No ‘launch’ tactics, no end of year hurrah and awards..are you seriously not doing any National poa or awards night? My buddy is winning and what happens???? A knock at the door with TD to shake his hand? Or better yet a National call listing the winners?? Are you kidding we work all year through all these changes get paid shit finally he’s told he’s on the board...and no chance to shine to his peers. You are FUCKED up if you think this doesn’t make us feel like shit. let’s see you jump up and down for one night of bowling. Fuck you all you can’t even acknowledge the best people have left. TD you can’t even hide you are lying anymore, guess what WE are disappointed in your lack of respect and enthusiasm. Look in the mirror because we see it clearly.

    One thing they do not do right here is acknowledgement. AL is still learning but she will expect alot. My take was marketing showing the same crap from the other POA. This wasnt a launch. It was a new dose. So what? Grow up and let's just get work done until RVL. The best question was whether we were going to sell other products just rvl and that egghead couldn't even answer it. Mr British bullshit . Bowling was fun at least!

    They are not announcing the winners now because they are too busy fudging the numbers so the true top reps don’t win. Do the math when the numbers comes in. They want the people they like to win and they are stopping at nothing to get it done. Something isn’t right about all of this and your buddy might not be on top.

    Well this goes on all the time everywhere, I never get a front line parking spot at Kroger and I always get a cold hamburger from McDonald’s to go with my lukewarm flat beer.

    Amen! They hide everything from us. Sales reps can only see their district number. No rep can see national numbers. WEIRD!
