28 year old guy coming from pharma. Looking at a Interstim job posting for NYC. Is this a good gig? Looking around on there Medtronic website I noticed there's a bunch of InterStim rep openings across the US. Expansion due to big growth I presume?

First- openings aren’t expansion. People are leaving. Reaction to an entry to the market. We are holding our own in most places and will soon have a better version of what the competition has.

the op is obviously joking. its a ref to all the recent hires being retarded pharma reps w zero b2b or device sales exp who are willing to take the sr1 pay of 150-160/yr aop if they can farm the existing business to plan. but hey, at least its device
