No, I don't think they are keeping the cheap people. They are keeping those who are willing to drink the kool aid. They cannot afford to keep those who can think on their own because they can call out the bullshit behind the smoke and mirrors. As soon as they spot your brain cells, they would oust you. Do you have the "mindset" to be brainwashed? What a shameless joke!
 
The old Genentech was run by the leaders who were smart and confident. The current Genenetch is run by the clowns who think they are smarter than us. They also need to cover their incompetence by kicking out the people who question them. Until these idiots move on, this company will never recover.
