Run from this company as fast as you can!! They saw they are a mission driven company but they are not! The mission is to pad the pockets of the higher ups! The CEO and his wife are greedy bastards!

This is a great company to work for. They offer a good base salary plus incentive pay for goals met. Leadership team is knowledgeable and supportive. You have to rely on your nurses and operational team in order to meet goals, but if you work at a strong branch it should be no problem.

Thos is a horrible company to work for!! The only branches that do well are ones where their local hospitals/clinic systems and assisted living facilities don’t have their own home care! The higher ups should close over 3/4 of their branches but they are too greedy! They say they are mission driven but they are NOT!
