Correct, not huge cuts to salary which are grossly inflated for what you do. But wound care will move back to primary care or acute care. Either case, you will be squeezed out of Healogics & HOPD, too expensive for the results. You will soon have no DOD/VA revenue. No pipeline & still several outstanding lawsuits.
Amniotic products are a commodity, and you are way overpriced. Small local shops are catching up quickly, and please spare me the clinical data bs, its all the same & pricing and GPO contracts will rule. Mimedx has run a profit margin on amniotics of over 80%. There are many smaller players that will be happy paying reps 50k a year plus 25 comm and sell the same product, and hungry reps will line up in the new economy.
