No way Ethicon failed at a launch again? That can’t be possible! They have the best most diversified leaders in the entire New Jersey and Cincinnati area.
Didn’t you know that’s where all the smart people live?

And everyone AVP and above are too scared to speak up because of that pension. They don’t care that the ship is sinking. As long as they can jump off.

How much longer will you people sit there before you realize that Ethicon is filled with below average talent top to bottom. People stay there because it’s safe and they wish their lives away. I am so sick of hearing my manager and AVP talk about 55. That’s a horrible way to live

Well you called it
Had a town hall and Nef lied again with hollow apologize, the AVPs were telling the field that we were building at Covid levels, which was a lie. But they won’t question anything because they are fearful that they will be fired (and they should be)
There is no Leadership at Ethicon.

Be honest with everyone, endocutters are a supply mess because JNJ decided to diversify their supply chain for components. So they moved the manufacturing of components to minority owned companies. Problem is they can’t meet quality or supply requirements. They actually put some business out of business because they were owned by a white male.

JNJ cares more about what it looks like than if it works. No one cares what race, age or gender the owner of the company is, it just needs to work

JNJ discriminates openly and no one cares

Right after she spouts White hatred start you she can tell you how they did it. She says it with great pride
and no, JNjJ can shift around their business to whomever they want. And JNJ cares more about what it looks like than if it works

new GEN11 software coming that will not allow Stryker reprocessed product to be used again and they are going to push it based on cyber security again....have fun with that

Ethicon has been circling the drain for years! If you are an account executive that has the contract at your hospitals, enjoy because you'll eventually lose it because we won't cut our prices. If you are an AE that has a majority competitive territory, you will never make any money and you will leave. Our competative markets like Boston, New York, Chicago, San Francisco have never had any long term tenured reps because they can't afford it even with a six figure base!
