Not too mention that you might also want to make sure that your reps "home cooked bread" is misrepresenting the product in some way to the customer before calling foul. Might be that your math, coding, and presentation skills are just inferior and you'd end up looking like a fool for not having recognized innovation when it was right in front of your face.
