You guys are offering decent base of $150 and average target IC.

What's the culture like? I was Celgene and it was the best gig ever. We were simply paid to go to work. Now I am Amgen and it's like the whole company is set up to do activity which isn't related to anything. We don't even get numbers on how the product is doing. If you ask around, you find out they don't even tell their people how any products are doing. They discourage it.

I've been in derm 9 years. 4 President's Awards. 3 at Celgene and 1 before. There will be no more at Amgen - the people who win here are those that sell the least but have high percentage volume changes. If you didn't sell a thing the past 6 years, you are set up. If you did well for 6 years, you are done.

I'm looking to jump, but I don't want to leave their great benefits if I am only jumping to another activity focus.

    Honest answers. thanks.

If you were once with Celgene dermatology, nothing will ever be good enough. Whoever they had running that show knew what he or she was doing. Pretty much every office I have, if you ask them who is their favorite rep, it's the Celgene rep 9 of 10 times.

We aren't bad. Not great, but not a place to run to.

I’m at Amgen. Your numbers are downloaded weekly in Vision dipshit.

I'm not interested in IQVIA's "numbers" in Vision Amgen Robot. I'm interested in how the product is doing. Tell me how Enbrel is doing from a revenue standpoint for August? Of the first two week of September?

    I'll wait.

While I'm waiting, you should know only drones and numbskull big Pharma robots think IQVIA, Synergy, IMS and FulPhil "numbers" mean anything.

    Fool.

I was once with Amgen and I can guarantee that they don't know how their products do. The reason isn't that they don't get that information (they don't by the way) but that they don't care. All they do is fake 4DX and count their 401k money. I've been gone for over a year, but I can also guarantee that they fake the hell out of Veeva Engage. That's the type of shit they love. Do it with a MA or nurse and enter calls on the whole office.

That's how you are paid, rep. If you want to see weekly, biweekly, or monthly numbers get out of the field.

translation...you don't know how anything is doing, because Amgen doesn't tell anyone...in fact if you ask you are treated badly...guess what...I will be gone soon and you will still be playing the activity game while your product volume erodes, day after day, week after week...

I'm current Amgen and the OP sounds like a whinny rep, but I'll confirm this. We don't ever get any inclination at all how Enbrel is doing. Sure, we get our fictitious, "smoothed" individual numbers in Vision but we don't ever get any clues to how our efforts are doing for the brand as a whole. Nothing. Not ever.

The only way we know, is to tune into the quarterly reports like the rest of the world.

Wrong moron. I'm not in sales, so I don't have to play that idiotic "activity game" to which you are referring. No one cares about you leaving, dumb ass. It will not affect anyone in TO. I know how Enbrel and Otezla are performing. I can access numerous resources to get those financials. You, however, come onto Cafepharma to whine about your inability to get the financials for a product, on a board other than Amgen's. Why don't you network within the organization so that you can call or email when you want to know the numbers? But, that would be too difficult, right? It's easier to come onto Cafepharma and bitch that something is not handed to you rather than put in a little time to make it happen. You're pathetic.

You TO idiots are the reason we are floundering. You were given a golden goose in Enbrel and how is it that you have managed to let actual volume decline for almost a decade while Chicago seems fine with Humira? They have replaced Humira with Sky and Rin while we have nothing. Not a damn thing.

The culture inside TO is broken. Do you think it makes anyone feel better than senior management is focused on social issues instead of our business? Take a look at the NNRX for Enbrel since July. Tell me what you think.

When we open back up, I want you to get in your Camry, fight traffic and enjoy your cubicle and the life my revenue presents you. Nerd.

If you don't have to play the game, then stop creating it from TO. Get either of our 2 Frenchies to understand it detracts from performance.

Show some leadership from your cubicle or huddle room, son.

That's so cute, Pumpkin. You believe that anyone in TO gives a damn about your opinion. If we need to know which company has the best cupholders for coffee, we'll reach out to the field. It's the same excuses from reps, all of time. We cannot get our product written because we have to be focused on activity. If your NBRx and TRx are growing, then no one in TO cares about how many calls you make per day. However, you morons can't move prescriptions. You're pathetic and lazy. I'm done with you, as each of your post are full of nonsense. Let me know when you are ready for Act 3, and I'll give you a project where you can help. Take care, kitten.

This is a UCB board. Take it elsewhere. We all know that Amgen sucks. They lucked into Enbrel and as soon as Pfizer pulled away, they started losing volume and started hitting the price. There is plenty of blame to go around. Their reps seldom even make calls. They hide in Starbucks and enter calls on all the fictitious customers in their call plans that they bought from ZS. The home office sucks even more - they are running a play book from 1995 - the last year their middle management was actually in sales. They are lead by a collection of feminized European betas. You all suck so hard we can hear it.

Take it back to your board.

Good job Dermatology Sales. You can’t even control your own Cafepharma chat board. Amgen took it over. Your as useless here as you are in the field.

I was with Amgen once as well and I will verify that they don't care anything about sales, just activity. It was impossible to find out how any brand was doing except to listen to the earnings reports.

This is the attitude in TO -right here! No wonder your air support is absent. So nice to see people in leadership leading the way!

Who is the big mouth that is telling people in the derm community who is hiring for our open positions? Not only are you putting the candidate at risk with their current employer but making ucb look bad. STFU.
