Surgical tech week provides many opportunities to payback the staff with a nice catered meal. How many “lunches” are being served this week? Take a look at how this is done in certain areas of the country.
 
I have seen some major abuse in this realm. Just look at those that expense the most and how often those meals are provided. Do you really think that there are that many inservices being done or is it a form of payola. Also take a look at what caterers are used and how does that align with any personal gain.
 
So many reps have a side job. I wonder how many own a catering business on the side? Very interesting to know who might be able to write their own check straight from concur.
 
This could really expose quite a few people. Paying yourself to provide lunch to staff over and over again. The only question could be how much do you tip yourself? And do you give yourself the family discount or round up for Baxter sake?

If someone does, they clearly don’t have a
micromanager boss that makes life miserable.
 
So who hasn’t bought lunch on the company to bring home to momma and the kids. Why not one of the perks that we have. The only thing is to ensure that you match it up with one of the entered events and you are all set!!
