Any thoughts on the potential acquisition of OrthoPediatrics to provide a complete pediatric hardware portfolio? They are dominating in pediatric hospitals in my area.

I don't think anyone's going to touch OrthoPediatrics with a ten foot pole. Look at what just came out in the news. We won't buy them if they are now toxic with a big lawsuit. Bottom line: They bought technology for $60M that was stolen??? Yikes.
