Tough, yes; Fair, rarely; A Hot-Head, always. When you "quit" yet give no notice it means one thing. It took them long enough! Now they need to clean up some other senior management although they never will. They've got a few other hot-heads who don't listen to or respect anyone who is not at or above them. The place is run by a bunch of bullies who try to steam roll through everyone. What's hilarious is when you get two hot-heads steamrolling each other; sit back and enjoy the fireworks but try not to get burned in the process.
 








I like how HR did not even have the balls to announce that they shit canned one of their own.

That speaks volumes about the company really. Late on a Friday when no one else is arrond.

Well, I guess they did have the balls to announce it actually.

They mustered the courage to stick a fucking 8.5 by 11 piece of paper on Docherty's fucking door telling all us clowns who is dealing with his shit. Again, late at night when no one is around.

But the walls have eyes. And chicken.

HR sez: You cannot shit can anyone on friday or monday. The rules don't apply to HR. But --Docherty should have been shit canned years ago.
