Ever heard of NextSource Biotechnology? They are the newest company dedicated to ripping off very sick patients by increasing their life-saving cancer drug 1400%! Bristol-Myers Squibb was selling the drug for $50 per pill and sold the company to NextSource who now sells the same pill for $768 per cap. If that isn't criminal then what is?
The Feds need to immediately instigate an investigation and throw these criminal goons in jail! Do it now!

Old article worth reading. This outlines some of the upside. The richest MD in the world bought a drug from Sorrento and then shut down further studies so his competing drug could prosper. Not only did this stop Sorrento from getting paid for incentives, it also led to the deaths of many patients who could have benefited. So far the judge has sided with Sorrento in not allowing the MD to have the case dismissed. Sorrento could get as much as $5 billion in damages. This would give Sorrento $18 per share. Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong bought the LA Times and in one estimate last year he was worth $19.1. Hopefully he settles for $2-3 billion to save further embarrassment and possible legal charges.
