Every time I get one from Amgen's army of vendors, there are threats and instructions in BOLD that I need to do some administrative work immediately.

Don't they know I used to go out into the field and see doctors and appropriately influence prescribing?

What the fuck is wrong with this place.

You chose your job. No amount of bitching on Cafepharma is going to change the type or amount of work that reps have to complete.

You have three choices:
  1. quit
  2. shut, the hell, up and do what you are told
  3. have some ambition and get promoted out of your entry level job

I believe that you meant to use quotations not a double apostrophe, as you are not writing a term from philosophy or etc. Plus, "Wow" is an interjection that denotes excitement. It should be followed by an exclamation point.

ex. Spoken like a true "leader." Wow!

Perhaps, once you complete your administrative tasks, you can practice grammar and sentence structure. Voila! (See what I did there?) You are on your way to no more terrifying emails.

I don't think the company knows that 50% of reps stay home for several days to get all of their admin stuff done as it's so overwhelming and I, too, am fearful of seeing what each day's e mail will bring as far as more stuff to do which is ridiculous.

So you are saying that rep contributions are so insignificant to our business that, admittedly, with only half of you doing your jobs in the field - even that is debatable - we are still successful as an organization?
