Legacy rep here as well. Been recognized and all. As other posts have said, get over yourselves. This is a lid drop. We are not curing horrible, deadly diseases. We are not prolonging life. If you think you are all that, then go do something more meaningful. You look like fools coming in here like "oh, we are going to show you all how it works", well we are still waiting? Numbers are terrible-still. Of course they will inflate because sales force has tripled. Despite that, numbers are awful. Even with the change for the 90 scripts. Waiting.........

Please give more detail about all these managers you mention, and why they are such nightmares. You give no examples or details. Hard to follow without details. Please, do tell. Clearly, ya'll are the one's posting all the information about toxic managers that came over here, and affairs, etc. FILL US IN!

Everyone needs to be looking for new jobs! The 90 day scripts are not going to help the fill rate at all!!

Everyone has taken notice. Even with the push of 90 day, really, the numbers have barely budged. Yes, when you hire 60 new reps and fill vacant territories, numbers will go up. It has nothing to do with 90 day. It has to do with all the areas being covered now. Numbers are still pathetic despite most territories being filled. The one's where the drop is doing decent, well, those numbers pretty much stay the same, so not a lot of growth.

I am from the Sun side and aside from the manager in the middle part of the country who goes on named on this board who has lawsuits, you idiots just hired another manager with a bunch of lawsuits! No surprise at all! Desperate times demand desperate measures! They will take anyone that will do anything to create numbers for Altchem and Avista and any company that does not know how to read Financial Statements and buys. It is a miracle they are still in business, but not for long!

Omg!!!!! Stupid! Please do checks. We knew about this at Sun. I know that was not the greatest place to work but why did you bring over the worst of the worst. Unfortunately our own leadership knew about these idiots.
 






Great job HR doing background checks so thoroughly. We (from Sun) detest some of the people brought over. You believe RB???? He needs people who believe his bullshit cause that's what he did at Sun!! I have a good DM.........BUT we ALL know the bad ones and good ones.
