I am currently interviewing with Healthtrackrx for a tss position. I have people I know that are in diagnostic sales and they make $200k plus total comp. I’m currently in a position making 6 figure base and total comp in the $150s. Seem like they are selling some fluff… Can anyone give me any insight into the true compensation? Timeline to go from tss to director position? Company culture for sales team? Day-to-day? Weekend work? Any insight would be great!
